Due to recent Covid19 restrictions, we are currently looking into it we restrictions are loosen, you may check on our promotions page when available.
Yes, we provide delivery within Singapore (except Jurong Island) for orders $150 and above. Self-collection can be arranged upon ordering. Delivery will commence within 3-5 days.
Installation services on site are not available. Please engage your preferred handyman for the products that require installation at your own discretion.
We facilitate repairs that are purchased under Begen, mechanized equipment are subject to rectification and quotation. If agreeable, we will proceed with repair within the shortest period of time, prior to parts availability. After rectification and quotation, if decision is to abort repair works, a minimum fee of $70 will be imposed.
To verify warranty of products, please refer to the copy of invoice with warranty attachment. You may wish to verify with us if preferred.
You may wish to check with us if there is a product defect within 3-7 days of receiving.
Exchange or replacement could be allowed if products are found defective/damaged/faulty/wrongly delivered, consumable products will not be exchangeable if used. All matters are subject to our management approval. Processing period may take up to 2 weeks.
- Please inform us immediately if you encounter damaged/faulty/wrongly delivered products upon receiving. Do include a description of the damage and provide us with photos. The information will be useful to us in assessing how we pack our orders to prevent similar problems in the future.
- Begen will not render any form of support and deny return requests made beyond 7 working days of delivery. Refunds will be given in the form of online store credits unless under special circumstances.
No we do not accept reservations. Please log in to check on status of current stock availability if required. Otherwise, you may get in touch with us and we will try our best to assist.
When payment has been processed, changing/modifying of orders will be denied accessible online. Please do notify us within 24 hours and provide us the tax invoice or transaction number for our assistance.
The item that you have selected could be out of stock or there is a quantity cap limit per purchase on that particular item.
The system will auto-generate and acknowledgement on your payment and a copy of invoice will be sent to you via your stated email address.
