A combination of solvents, caustics, alkaline builders, chelating agents, foam cutter, surfactants and stabilizer. The water based formulation keeps foam at low without compromising the effectiveness of scrubbers and ride on scrubbing equipment. Hence, less frequency of dischaging time is required.
